Refund policy


At Tudungbae, we take pride in the quality of our hijabs. Every piece is carefully inspected before it is packed into our Signature Black Ziplock Bag. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return or exchange, please ensure that:

  • The request is made within 7 days of receiving your parcel.

  • The item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition (no perfume scents, makeup stains, or pin marks).

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging (the Signature Black Ziplock Bag).

2. Reasons for Return

We accept returns for the following reasons:

  • Defective Item: If there is a manufacturing defect (e.g., fabric tear or faulty stitching).

  • Incorrect Item: If we sent you the wrong color or style.

Please note: Returns due to "change of mind" or slight color variations due to screen brightness are generally not accepted.

3. Return Process

  1. Contact our team at hello.tudungbae@gmail.com or WhatsApp +60 11-5301 3997 with your Order ID and a photo/video of the issue.

  2. Once approved, we will provide you with the return address.

  3. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs (unless the item was defective or incorrect, in which case we will cover the costs).

4. Refunds & Exchanges

  • Exchanges: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will ship out the replacement item within 2-3 business days.

  • Refunds: If a replacement is not available, we will issue a refund. Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method, depending on your preference.

5. Sale Items

Items purchased during a Sale or using a promotional code are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless defective.
