Processing

  • Orders are curated and dispatched within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link once your parcel is on its way.

Domestic Delivery

We offer reliable door-to-door delivery across Malaysia:

  • Peninsular Malaysia: 2 – 4 business days (RM 8)

  • East Malaysia: 3 – 7 business days (RM 15)

  • Singapore & Brunei: 5 – 10 business days (RM 40)

Complimentary Shipping

International Shipping

  • All international orders are tracked.

  • Please note that any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient.

Tracking Your Order

Once your parcel is dispatched, you can track its journey using the link provided in your shipping confirmation email. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update.

Tudungbae is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Please double-check your details before completing your purchase.
